Terms of Service — One Click AI SEO

These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the One Click AI SEO application by Soarware Labs Inc. ("the App", "we", "us", or "our") on the Shopify platform. By installing or using the App, you ("you", "the Merchant") agree to these Terms.
1. The service
One Click AI SEO uses artificial intelligence to generate and optimize SEO content for your Shopify store — products, pages, and blog posts. The App also offers a full technical SEO toolkit (audit, redirects, sitemaps, IndexNow, Search Console, schemas, internal linking) and, on paid plans, automatic recurring optimization ("auto-rotation") plus a monthly/weekly SEO email report.
The App ships with AI access already connected — you do not need to provide your own AI provider account or API keys.
2. Eligibility and account
- You must have a valid Shopify store and accept Shopify's own terms.
- You are responsible for maintaining the security of your Shopify account.
- You must provide accurate information and use the App in compliance with all applicable laws and Shopify's policies.
3. Plans, billing, and credits
- The App offers a free plan and several paid subscription plans. Paid plans are billed on a recurring monthly basis through Shopify's Billing API. We do not process payments directly.
- Paid plans are sold by the number of products actively managed, which includes initial optimization plus ongoing automatic rotation and keyword refresh for those products.
- Plan limits and feature availability are described in the App and may be updated over time.
- Subscriptions renew automatically until cancelled. You may cancel or change your plan at any time from within the App; cancellation stops future renewals.
- Fees already charged are non-refundable except where required by law or at our discretion.
- We reserve the right to change pricing with reasonable notice. Continued use after a price change constitutes acceptance.
4. Acceptable use
You agree not to:
- Use the App for any unlawful, infringing, deceptive, or harmful purpose
- Attempt to reverse engineer, resell, or abuse the App or its AI capabilities
- Circumvent plan limits, quotas, or billing
- Submit content that infringes the rights of others or violates applicable law
- Use the App in a way that overloads, disrupts, or harms our systems or third-party providers
We may suspend or terminate access for violations of these Terms.
5. AI-generated content
- The App uses third-party AI providers to generate content. AI output may occasionally be inaccurate, incomplete, or not suited to your needs.
- You are responsible for reviewing AI-generated content before relying on it. The App provides preview and undo/version-history features to help you review changes.
- We do not guarantee any specific SEO results, search rankings, traffic, or sales. Search engine rankings depend on many factors outside our control.
- You retain ownership of your store content. To the extent the App generates content for you, you may use it freely for your store, subject to these Terms and the AI providers' terms.
6. Data and privacy
Your use of the App is also governed by our Privacy Policy, which describes what data we process and how. By using the App, you consent to that processing, including sending product data to AI providers for the purpose of generating SEO content.
7. Service availability and changes
- We aim to keep the App available but do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation.
- We may modify, add, or remove features at any time. We may perform maintenance that temporarily limits availability.
- We may rely on third-party providers (including AI and hosting providers); their availability may affect the App.
8. Disclaimers
THE APP IS PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, WHETHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING WITHOUT LIMITATION WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, NON-INFRINGEMENT, OR THAT THE APP WILL BE ERROR-FREE OR PRODUCE ANY PARTICULAR RESULTS.
9. Limitation of liability
TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, WE WILL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, OR ANY LOSS OF PROFITS, REVENUE, DATA, OR GOODWILL, ARISING FROM OR RELATED TO YOUR USE OF THE APP. OUR TOTAL AGGREGATE LIABILITY FOR ANY CLAIM RELATING TO THE APP WILL NOT EXCEED THE AMOUNT YOU PAID US FOR THE APP IN THE THREE (3) MONTHS PRECEDING THE EVENT GIVING RISE TO THE CLAIM.
10. Indemnification
You agree to indemnify and hold us harmless from any claims, damages, liabilities, and expenses (including reasonable legal fees) arising from your use of the App, your content, or your violation of these Terms or applicable law.
11. Termination
- You may stop using the App at any time by uninstalling it from your Shopify admin.
- We may suspend or terminate your access for violation of these Terms or for any lawful reason.
- Upon uninstallation, data deletion is handled as described in the Privacy Policy.
12. Changes to these Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. Material changes will be indicated by updating the "Last updated" date and, where appropriate, by notice within the App. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance.
13. Governing law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the Province of Ontario, Canada, without regard to its conflict-of-laws rules. Any disputes will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts located in the Province of Ontario, Canada.
